Before reaching the store shelves, the cakes made at the largest bakery in the country were sanctified. The service was officiated by Metropolitan Vladimir. This year, approximately 170 tons of Easter products have been prepared and will reach the buyers’ tables. In addition to the traditional cheese cake, panettone prepared according to the Italian recipe will also be on sale this year.
Because there are few days left until Easter, the cookies were sanctified today so that they reach the store shelves and already from there on the festive table.
Francesca GÎNDEA, PRO TV REPORTER: “The cakes sanctified today will reach the store shelves. This year, the most requested cake is with raisins and chocolate. And the product that will appear for the first time in stores is the panettone with cocoa and hazelnut cream.”
According to the bakers, the new panettone is made according to the Italian recipe. The flavor and aroma varies depending on the filling: with magiun, walnut core, poppy seeds, raisins or chocolate. This year, the bakery expected to produce approximately 170 tons of Easter products.

Cozonacs will be available for purchase from today in all supermarkets and fairs in the country.

The bakers will bake pasca and cozonac after May 5, when Easter is celebrated, because these products are also in demand at Blajinilor’s Easter.
