On Thursday, CNAIR submitted to ANAP for validation the documentation for the contract necessary for the construction of the 23.4 km Miercurea Nirajului-Sărăţeni lot, according to Minister Sorin Girindeanu.
“Two tunnels with a total length of 1.07 km will be built along the route of this highway lot. The contract provides for a maximum period of 30 months (6 months design and 24 months execution), and the financing will be provided through the Transport Program (PT) 2021-2027. After the validation of the award documentation, the notice of participation in the auction will be published, in which the estimated value of the contract will also be specified”, says the Minister of Transport, on his Facebook page
According to him, within 30 days from the completion of the public procurement procedure, this contract will be taken over from CNAIR by the newly established Road Investment Company (CNIR), which will take care of its implementation.
