The vice president of the Bihor County Council, Mircea Mălan, and the representative of the Dumexim company, Florin Gabriel Dume, signed the contract for the design and construction of the industrial park in Beiuș, the county administration announced on Friday.
According to CJ Bihor, the builder will be paid 27.27 million lei, including VAT, and the works will have to be completed in the next 9 months.
The financing is provided from European funds through the Regional Operational Program 2021-2027, as well as for the industrial parks in Marghita, Ștei and Alesd, for the latter the design and execution contract was concluded, also with Dumexim, two weeks ago .
The Beiuș Smart Specialization Park will have a total area of 175,183 sqm and 16 plots for as many businesses. The leasing companies will have a pre-reserved total budget of 4.27 million euros within which they will be able to obtain non-refundable financing.
The realization of the supporting infrastructure of the industrial park involves the arrangement of access, the internal road network, the water and electricity supply, the gas distribution network, public lighting and other works.
