Several young people are wanted by the police in Galati after there were reports that they attacked a child and forcibly took the money from his pocket

The incident was reported on Wednesday, March 27, by the 13-year-old minor, who presented himself at Police Station 2 accompanied by his father. The child stated that during that evening, around 8:00 p.m., while he was walking by a former telephone exchange in ţiglina II, he was surrounded by a group of boys, who, through violence, robbed him of the amount of 10 lei, all the money he had on him.

“After carrying out the preliminary checks, a criminal file was drawn up for the crime of aggravated robbery, and the investigations were taken over by the policemen from the Galati Criminal Investigation Bureau and will be continued, in order to accurately establish the circumstances in which it took place the alleged act, the identification of the perpetrators and the taking of the necessary legal measures”, announced the representatives of IPJ Galati, during Thursday, March 28.

The police appeal to citizens, if they are victims or witnesses of such situations, to report as soon as possible. It is also very important that they retain as many reports of the aggressors as possible, which they can provide to the investigators, so that they can quickly track them down and have conclusive evidence to bring them to justice.
