Seven new prosecutors will be appointed by presidential decree for the county prosecutor’s offices Constant and Tulcearounded The Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Constanța Court of Appeal – General Prosecutor’s Office of Dobrogea.

The information was made public by Superior Council of Magistracy who decided, within Prosecutors’ Sectionforward to The President of Romania of the proposals regarding the appointment to the position of prosecutor.

According to official data, among those seven new prosecutorsthree will be appointed to The prosecutor’s office attached to the Constanța Courttwo to The prosecutor’s office attached to the Tulcea Courtone, at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Medgidia Court and one, at The Prosecutor’s Office of the Mangalia Court.

President Klaus Iohannis is going to sign the decrees regarding the appointment of the seven new magistrates as prosecutors, so that they will start their work at the prosecution units where they were appointed.
