Today, on the agenda of the local council meeting, there are countless examples of projects that want to sell heritage land. Chițac says he has no land. One of these lands is a piece of the beach. Vergil Chițac has broken all the laws, he has broken the Romanian Constitution. After all the steps we have taken, he is selling another piece of beach, in the area of the Royal Castle in the Mamaia resort. Instead of keeping the land and investing, it is okay to mutilate Mamaia resort? Does this mean the development of the city? This is what a gang that has taken over this city for decades and decades wants. They have ruled Constanța for decades. They have brought this city very low. What else do you PSD and PNL want from us? Their candidates are drawn from the pen, from Bucharest. They are not related to this city. Constanța does not matter to them. From autumn, the current administration will pack its bags and go home”.
Stelian Ion: “If it is important for PSD Constanța to come to the mayor’s office with Horia Constantinescu, I can only think that they want to do certain things. It will be like Mazăre’s time. Interest groups will benefit. The presence of a such a character is extremely bad. He would have been prepared to run in any city. He has nothing to do with Constanța. We are talking about a sulphurous character, who is neck-and-neck with the underworld. He supported Liviu Dragnea. He is close to Adrian Năstase. He is a character who called Nicușor Constantinescu as a dear friend. Do we want to bring the mafia back to Constanța? He has been campaigning for I don’t know how many months. He is running after yellow chickens and green horses on the walls. This candidacy is an insult to the citizens. PSD Constanța walks with a painted crow. A thug can never become a commissioner.
