4 years of exceptional collaboration with the Association of Municipalities in Romania

The president of Dâmbovița CJ, Corneliu Ștefan, participated in the meeting of the members of the Association of Romanian Municipalities, Dâmbovița branch.

In the last 4 years, CJ Dâmbovița had a very good partnership with the mayors of Dâmbovița, for the development and implementation of projects at the local level, especially those for which the Dâmbovița County Council provided an important part of the financing.

The County Local Development Program is a real help for 76 Dambovi town halls! Investments of over 360,000,000 lei are underway, and Dâmbovița County Council provides approximately 145,000,000 lei of this value. Thanks to the Dâmbovița County Council project of 65,000,000 lei, the amount accessed through PNRR, 61 educational units from 54 administrative-territorial units of Dâmbovița, the Children’s Palace and the School Sports Club in Târgoviște will be equipped with digital equipment, furniture and teaching materials .

Electric or hybrid minibuses will be purchased for commuter students from 48 localities. The Dâmbovița County Council also attracted the necessary money, 55,000,000 lei, a non-reimbursable amount accessed through PNRR and AFM.

One of the biggest projects, 2,200,000,000 lei, is the one through which the water and sewage networks will be established or expanded in 52 localities of Dâmbovița county.

Dâmbovița County was the first to sign the financing contract through the “Anghel Saligny” National Investment Program. We are talking about the financing of 163 projects with a value of over 1,500,000,000 lei, an amount that will be invested in roads, bridges, water, sewage and gas networks.
