An air mass with Saharan dust will cross Romania on Wednesday and Thursday

From Wednesday, from 12.00, until Thursday, at 10.00 p.m., the air circulation will remain predominantly south-westerly and will favor the penetration of an air mass loaded with dust particles of Saharan origin over Romania, with higher concentrations to be recorded in the southwestern, southern and eastern regions, meteorologists report.

According to them, during the night from Thursday to Friday the air mass loaded with dust particles will exceed the geographical area of Romania and will be found above the Black Sea and Ukraine.

“Rains will be reported especially in the west, southwest, center and north of the territory. Dust deposits can be observed especially in areas and intervals with rain”, announces ANM.
