Connect-R has amassed nearly 500,000 views in less than a week with the track “Angela”. Soon after, the artist was accused of stealing the piece. Maria Alexandra Constantin, known by the stage name Max Constant, said that the song “Angela” is her creation, and the artist allegedly stole it.

The artist stated that 60% of the instrumental of the song is Aybe’s and that he has paid for the usage rights. He also said that he did not steal anything from Maria Alexandra Constantin.
