For this reason he decided to do something unusual to attract people, namely to offer a voucher of 300 euros to anyone who manages to introduce him to a suitable person for the job.

Luca Tentoni is looking for staff for his restaurant, but he hasn’t found anyone yet, for this reason he decided to ask for people’s help through a post on social networks. “Do you have a relative or friend who is not very sociable? The owner of the bistro talked about the ways in which he tried to find staff for his restaurant, but especially how, despite a good salary offered, no one was interested: “Honestly, I don’t know which way to try to find some We have placed ads, made numerous investments on specialized websites and social networks, but at the moment, although we also had targeted sponsorships, we received only one response.

We offer full-time and permanent commercial contracts, but this does not seem to be of interest,” the Italian said, according to Il Gazzettino.
