A driver almost in an alcoholic coma caused a road accident while he was driving around the city

Driver almost in an alcoholic coma, driving around the city. It is about a man from Câmpulung Moldovenesc, who caused a road accident.

The police from Câmpulung Moldovenesc were alerted on Tuesday that, on Silvicultorului Street in Câmpulung Moldovenesc, a driver was under the influence of alcoholic beverages and caused a road accident.

Agents went to the scene and began an investigation. The police established that the individual drove the car within the radius of the Câmpulung Moldovenesc municipality, respectively on the streets: Pictor Nicolae Grigorescu, Trandafirilor, Molidului and Silviculturului in the Câmpulung Moldovenesc municipality, while he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Tested with the breathalyzer, the man had an alcohol concentration of 1.52 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air, which means he was almost in an alcoholic coma.

He was led by the police to the Câmpulung Moldovenesc Municipal Hospital in order to collect biological blood samples for the accurate determination of the alcohol concentration in the blood.

In the case, a criminal file was drawn up regarding the commission of the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
