Lakshya Sen took Jonatan Christie to the distance but lost in three. Sai Pratheek replaced MR Arjun to partner Dhruv Kapila and the scratch pairing went down in straight games against Leo Rolly Carnando – Daniel Marthin to give Indonesia the decisive advantage. In a dead rubber, Srikanth lost against Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo.
