“Many people who grill grill many kinds of meat at the same time, even fish, and vegetables. This is totally wrong. The order in which we put the food on the grill is extremely important. When the embers are ready, we have to place the pork or chicken, after it has been properly prepared.

After these foods are ready, the small and sausages should be placed on the grill, as they have a much shorter cooking time. Thus, they will remain juicier and will be very tasty. And besides the order in which we put the dishes on the grill, another important detail, which we must not forget, is the marinating! And not only the meat needs to be marinated, but also the vegetables can be much tastier with the help of this process!

“Marinating is a very important step to have a successful meal. We can use wine, vinegar, lemon or orange and different types of oils, because we are talking about a process that means mixing acids with oils and spices.

Seasonings and aromatic herbs for marinating should be chosen according to the type of meat, but also according to taste. Thus, we can use thyme, rosemary, cumin, oregano. Garlic, pepper, paprika or salt can also be added to the composition. In the case of marinating, it also depends a lot on the tastes of those who prepare the barbecue, because some prefer slightly spiced meat, not very aromatic”said the cook.
