TIMISOARA. Extreme gesture in a block on Take Ionescu boulevard in Timisoara. A 73-year-old man ended his days by jumping from a window of the stairwell, located between the 9th and 10th floors.

The 73-year-old man went to a neighbor on Monday morning to wish her “Happy Birthday!”, because it was her birthday, and at the same time said, “Goodbye!”, then he ran away towards the window. Terrified, the neighbor tried to stop him and called 112. But in vain. The man followed his terrible decision and jumped from a height. It fell on the sidewalk and died on the spot.
Doctors and criminal police intervened at the scene of the tragedy.
From the first data, it seems that the man, who lived alone for a long time, suffered from depression.
