As a result of the road event, the cyclist was injured, a 59-year-old man from the city of Ianca, being transported to the hospital. The police identified the driver in question at home, and after testing with the breathalyzer, the result indicated a value of 1.17 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air, and he was taken to the hospital for the collection of biological samples. It was also tested with the drugtest device, the result being negative.
