UPDATE 1
According to ISU Dobrogea, there are 16 people in the minibus, of which 5 are minors. 8 victims were medically evaluated – 3 were monitored on the spot (2 adults and 1 minor) – did not require transport to the hospital, and another 5 (1 adult and 4 minors) were transported to the hospital with various injuries. All 5 victims are conscious and cooperative.
Doctor Claudia Tatarici, spokesperson for the Ambulance Service of Constanţa county, announces that the victims involved in the accident suffered several traumas, but some refused transport to the hospital.

– a woman (car driver) suffered a panic attack, refuses transport to the hospital.
UPDATE
From the information received at this moment, four people (car and minibus occupants) needed medical care and were transported to the hospital. The minibus involved in the accident is not a school bus.
ISU Dobrogea was requested to intervene in the case of an accident that took place in Techirghiol, between a car and a minibus.
Two SMURD crews, two ambulances, a fire engine and a special vehicle for transporting multiple victims were mobilized at the scene of the accident, the Red Intervention Plan being activated.
According to ISU Dobrogea, 15 children are evaluated by medical staff. So far, three people have needed medical attention, and only one victim has been transported to the hospital.
