Vivo is preparing the launch of the X100 Ultra and X100s, attracting the attention of mobile photography enthusiasts with advanced camera functions. Shortly before the launch, company officials provided a detailed look at the photo-capturing capabilities of these devices, which promise an experience close to the professional level.

According to him Jia Jingdongvice president of Vivo, the new models will benefit from distinctive colors: X100 Ultra in a shade inspired by natural titanium and X100s in green. Both models retain the circular camera module design characteristic of the X100 series, but also bring innovations such as the flat screen on the X100s model, as opposed to the curved screens of previous models.

The X100 Ultra stands out for its 200-megapixel main camera equipped with a sensor Zeiss APO super telephoto HP9 and a 50-megapixel secondary camera with level gimbal stabilization CHIP 4.5. This configuration is complemented by the partnership with Zeiss and proprietary technology Blueprint Imagingalongside the V3+ image chip, which significantly improves performance in complex photographic scenarios such as fast-paced sports, low-light portraits or concert photography.

On the other hand, the X100s brings improvements at the software level, introducing a new humanistic street photography mode and the “Four Seasons Portrait“, which allows users to change the background of an image to reflect a certain season.

Both phones promise impressive performance and are clearly aimed at mobile photography enthusiasts. However, no details were given on videography capabilities, an area where companies like Apple particularly excel. The launch is expected later this month and the exact dates would be announced soon.
