Olympiakos Piraeus qualified for the finals of the Europa Conference League in football, after defeating the English team Aston Villa with a score of 2-0, on Thursday evening, at home, in the second leg of the semi-finals.
Olympiakos had also prevailed in the first leg, in Birmingham, with 4-2.
The hero of the qualification was the Moroccan striker Ayoub El Kaabi, who managed a hat-trick in the round and a double in the return (10, 81).
In the final scheduled for May 29, in Athens, at the AEK Arena, Olympiakos will face Fiorentina, who managed to overcome FC Bruges, 3-2 and 1-1.
For Olympiakos it will be the first ever European final, and the fact that they will play in Greece will certainly be a great advantage.
