FCSB will receive, from the Professional Football League, 2,640,000 euros. 2,540,000 euros will go into the accounts of the team that will rank second, and the occupier of the last place on the podium will be rewarded with 2,350,000 euros.

The 2023-2024 season is the last in which the awards have not undergone changes. From next year, the teams in League 1 will have to share an extra million euros. Another million euros will reach the clubs, depending on the audiences.

UEFA officials have announced the prize money for the upcoming edition of the UEFA Champions League, the first edition in which there will be no group stage, replaced by a league in which all teams will accumulate points, even if they do not play each other. The teams that will occupy places 9-24 will play a play-off, for the elimination stages. These duels will take place in a round-robin format.

For the 2024-2027 cycle, UEFA has prepared the sum of 18.62 million euros, for the entry into the new League. Also, for a win in this phase, each club will receive 2.1 million euros, while for a draw the amount received will be 700,000 euros.

At the same time, UEFA officials also announced the prizes for qualifying for the knockout stages of the Champions League:

– 12.5 million euros for the quarters
– 15 million euros for the semi-finals

– 800,000 euros for the eighth
– 1.3 million euros for quarters

The money that FCSB will receive if it stops in the preliminaries of European competitions

Each champion that does not qualify in the Champions League, Europa League or Conference League groups will collect 260,000 euros each, the amount that is added to the money collected in the preliminary rounds.

FCSB will start in the first round of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers. For each phase in which it will obtain the qualification, it will be rewarded with 175,000 euros.
