Ioan Andone (64 years old) travels between Bucharest and Marbella extremely often. The legend of Dinamo bought a property in Spain, and spends six months of the year in the Iberian land.

“I live in Marbella, but I can’t stay there for more than six months, because my tax residency is in Romania. If they stay there, they come with double taxation. And I’m not like Ronaldo and like them… That’s the law in Spain, I can control myself when I give my passport at the airport, at the bank account, so I’m not playing. You can stay for more than 6 months only if you have a work contract or something, to have a business there”, Andone explained to “Prietenii lui Ovidiu”.
“In Spain, I spend less money than in Bucharest. It’s more expensive here! Sincere! Fees, taxes, electricity… In our country, electricity costs 2,500 lei per month at the house. In Spain, I currently pay 210 euros per two months and I have four bedrooms at home. I have everything there, a lot of consumption: I have refrigerators, air conditioning works, electric heaters. I don’t have gas, instead,” admits the former coach.
