Tragedy in Constanta. Two girls aged 13 and 16 died in an accident. The driver was also 16 years old

According to the Constanta County Police Inspectorate (IPJ), two cars were involved in the road accident, one of them driven by a minor.

“Today, at around 1:40, the traffic police were alerted to the occurrence of a road accident, on DN 3, in the town of Cobadin. When they went to the scene, the police found that the impact occurred between two cars, driven by a 16-year-old minor, respectively a 23-year-old man. From the collision, both cars were thrown into two other parked cars,” announced IPJ Constanţa.

The quoted source states that following the impact, two passengers from the first car, aged 13 and 16, respectively, died on the spot. Also, the 16-year-old minor at the wheel and another 17-year-old teenager were seriously injured.
