A woman was attacked yesterday with a knife in front of a store in the Old Center of the Capital, by a 73-year-old man. The employees of the store were the first to call 112 after seeing the shocking scenes. Sources from the investigation say that the man would have mental problems and most likely did not know the assaulted woman.

The 73-year-old man was brought to the hearings helped by the police, as he could barely walk, but he avoided the cameras and did not say anything.

The employees of the store were the first to call 112 after seeing the shocking incident. The woman was injured in the abdomen. She was picked up by a medical team and transported in a stable condition to the Municipal Hospital to receive care. After the incident, the police immediately found the man and took him to the Centru Vechi police station for questioning.

Sources from the investigation say that he had mental problems and that he attacked randomly, without knowing his victim personally.
