It’s no secret that Oana Radu mustered up the courage to break her silence and talk about the problems she has with her ex-husband, after the divorce. Because he could not enjoy the apartment, the star worked and bought a new home.

In the videos posted on TikTok, after talking about the situation between her and Cătălin Dobrescu, Oana Radu gave the big news that she bought a house. The artist also posted some images of her new villa.

The singer is proud of her achievement and believes that she is the living example that it is never too far to start over in life.

“I give you the most important news of my life! I bought my dream house! (…) I said like this: “Ok, if I can’t enjoy this apartment, I’ll let the law solve all the problems, because I trust the judiciary in Romania and, obviously, I can’t stay at this time cry for pity, because that’s how I am’ and I chose to buy the most beautiful house I could ever have. Through this video I want to tell you that you can do absolutely whatever you want and whatever you believe, because no one can ever stop you. Anyone who would tell you that you’re not good for anything, that you’re not I don’t know what, look for example that you can always take it from 0 and you can do whatever you want”, confessed Oana Radu on TikTok.

What the star said about the apartment

Oana Radu and her ex-husband engaged in a negotiation to resolve the issue of their shared apartment, for which she worked. According to the original agreement, the star was to keep the home, and he was to receive a sum of money in compensation.

“My ex-husband and I had an apartment and a gig car together. I worked for that apartment when I wasn’t even allowed to speak (…) I was going to Paris, to be treated because I had cysts on my vocal cords and I wasn’t allowed to speak, I had to have an operation. (…) I decided after the divorce that I would stay in the house, because that’s what I wanted, I had worked very hard and I really wanted to stay in the apartment myself and give Cătălin an amount”, he said the artist.

However, despite the initial conversations, Cătălin Dobrescu changed his mind and expressed his desire to receive the amount sooner, in just 6 months, instead of the initial one-year deadline, as had been previously established. Moreover, he also requested the car used for the star’s concerts.
