Top model Cezara Tomenco, terrible testimonies about her ex-boyfriend, model Andre Birleanu

The model Cezara Tomenco was allegedly sexually assaulted by her ex-boyfriend, the fashion model Andre Vivien Birleanu, who, in addition, allegedly beat her several times and threatened to kick her out of the house. Cezara Tomenco requested the magistrates of the Buftea Court to issue a protection order, after she had been beaten several times by her concubine, Andre Vivien Birleanu. The woman with Bessarabian origins explained to the magistrates that she had a long-term relationship with him, resulting in two children.

Even if, according to the woman, it appears that the man had “aggressive behavior” since the beginning of the relationship, the violent episodes have increased recently.

According to the documents drawn up by the court that heard her, “being asked where she lives, the applicant claims that she changed her address every few days, considering that she is afraid. He claims that last night he slept in sector 1, Bucharest. […] It shows that in the first days after leaving home he lived for a few days in Sector 2, later moving to Sector 1, the address where he currently lives“.

Cezara Tomenco said that at the end of 2018 she started a cohabitation relationship with Birleanu. In the last three months it became violent, and on July 20, 2022 it would be “sexually assaulted her, groped her and threatened to kick her out of the house“. She also added that on August 11 she left the common residence together with the two minors.

Protection order, decided by the Court of District 1

The Buftea Court rejected the request to issue the protection order after it was established that it was not territorially competent, and the court that should rule is the District 1 Court.
