The electoral battle for Bucharest has officially begun. Who are the 56 mayoral candidates?

A number of 56 candidates are vying for the mayoral seats in the Capital – the position of general mayor and the 6 positions of district mayors.

The candidacies submitted to the District Offices remained final on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, reports Agerpres.

The electoral campaign for the local elections began on Friday, May 10, and will end on June 8, at 7:00 a.m.
