Controls in bakeries! The Vaslui Labor Inspection applied fines and warnings

The Territorial Labor Inspectorate (ITM) of Vaslui carried out a campaign between April 9-12, 2024 to verify the way in which the legal provisions regarding the conclusion and execution of individual employment contracts are respected by employers operating in the field of “manufacturing bakery products and of flour products”. The control actions also focused on the way in which the legal provisions regarding the minimum requirements of safety and health at work are respected

As part of this campaign, in the field of labor relations, inspection visits were made to 21 employers. 2 contraventional sanctions were applied, 20 measures were ordered to remedy the non-conformities found in the field of labor relations.

“In the the field of safety and health at work inspection visits were made to 13 employers and 32 non-compliances with the legal provisions were found. Therefore, 32 contraventional sanctions were applied (two fines totaling 11,000 lei and 30 warnings)”said Gheorghe Chirvase, chief inspector of ITM Vaslui.
