Starting from May 15, 2024, the relationship with legal entity taxpayers will take place exclusively online

The Local Fiscal Directorate of Târgu Mureș informs taxpayers that it has expanded the services offered to citizens, in the sense of full digitalization.

Thus, starting from May 15, 2024, relationship with taxpayers legal persons will take place exclusively online, without physical presence at the counter.

The submission of tax declarations and other documents to the local tax body will be done entirely electronically, through the portal of electronic tax services, available non-stop.

These operations will be carried out by uploading the scanned documents on the online platform, based on the user and the access password obtained in advance by each legal entity, accessing the link https://platformacetateni.targumures.globalpay.ro/cetatean-login

The services made available, using the online platform, are multiple:

• declaration of taxable assets (buildings, land, means of transport, displays, shows, advertising contracts, sanitation, etc.),
• removing them from the record,
• issuance of electronically signed tax attestation certificates
• consultation of the personal file, consisting of issued administrative-fiscal documents
• consultation, the taxable patrimony declared and registered in the tax records
• consultation of payment obligations up to date
• online card payment

In the situation where, until the present date, you do not have an account on the platform, we invite you to enroll as soon as possible, by completing and signing the Request-agreement form electronically, and sending it to the email address [email protected] or to the address [email protected] The form Request-agreement is available on the institution’s website, www.dfltgm.ro and downloadable by accessing the link Cerere_acord_PJ.pdf (dfltgm.ro)

After submitting the Application-agreement, you will receive a user and a password, with which you will log in to the platform, and you will benefit from all the services presented.
