To access the list of your social services – you just need to access the institution’s website: https://www.primariabistrita.ro/.
Then click on the “Online Services” section.
The Online Services page can be reached directly by accessing www.e-bistrita.ro/cetatean-login
An information message will be displayed regarding the possibility of accessing online services by registering on the Electronic Public Services Platform.
Press the OK button. Here you can choose how to login to the platform – either using your username or CNP / CUI. You can also log in without logging in.
Then you need to press the Connect button.
Select Social assistance. Select Personal Sheet. The menu will open where you can choose the type of information requested. Are available:
- Information about contracts,
- Information about social assistance,
- Information about town planning,
- Information from the Register of entries and exits of Bistrita City Hall,
- Information from the Agricultural Register.
These services are possible as a result of the project
“Implementation of simplified procedures to reduce bureaucracy for citizens at the level of Bistrita municipality in areas of activities with shared composition, social assistance and urban planning” SIPOCA CODE 1231, MySMIS CODE 154519.
