The shareholders of Hefaistos CM SAholding company Hotel Hephaistos FROM parentapproved the investments made at the Sovata branch, represented by the Spa center and the elevator for access to the hotel for disabled people.

The shareholders Hephaistos CM SA decided to approve the expenses incurred up to the date of March 14, 2024 for the investment works at the Sovata branch, respectively “Centru Spa” and “Installation of hotel lift access for disabled persons”.

Board of Directors of the company was mandated to approve any additional works necessary to complete the investments.

Director General Vasile Ion was authorized to sign the necessary documents for the registration of the Decision at the Commercial Register.
