TIMISOARA. Rich program of events on Europe Day in Timisoara, both at the Village Museum and in Piata Victoriei.

The festivities will begin at Padurea Verde with a military parade, European cross country or theater and music performances.

– “The new story of the little red riding hood” – Show performed by actors of the Merlin Puppet Theater from Timisoara

– artistic performance dedicated to Europe Day coordinated by the Timis County School Inspectorate

– sports activities coordinated by the Timis County Sports Directorate (volleyball, judo, karate and badminton demonstrations)

Sonique will take the stage in the center, in Timisoara

After the events at Muzuel Satului, the people of Timisoara can move to the center. From 18.00, on the stage in Piata Victoriei, there will be an extraordinary show by the Contrast Chorale, followed by one by the “Lira” symphony orchestra and the Timisul Ensemble orchestra.
Cezar Ouatu, an artist who won the grand prize at the Competizione dell’Opera (Dresda) and the prize for the best countertenor at the “Francisco Viñas” contest in Barcelona, ​​will then take the stage.

The evening will end with a concert by Sonia Clarke, known to music lovers as Sonique. His emblematic song “It Feels So Good” remained on the top positions in the music charts and defined the sound of the 90s, becoming one of the most well-known and loved songs of the time. Since then, Sonique has continued to conquer the public with songs such as “Sky”, “Alive” and “Can’t Make Up My Mind”, demonstrating her versatility and undeniable talent in the music industry.
