Before a slight cooling of the weather, the people of Sibiu will enjoy the sun on the first day of the Illuminated Week. It will be partly cloudy in the afternoon.
According to the forecast sent by meteorologists of the Sibiu Regional Weather Forecast Service, the maximum temperatures will fall on Monday, May 6, between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius in the county.
“The weather will be slightly warmer than the thermal normal for the period and slightly unstable in the afternoon in the mountains. The sky will be variable, with temporary clouds in the afternoon, when locally in the mountain areas and on other restricted areas there will be rain showers accompanied by electrical discharges. The wind will blow weak and moderate, with slight intensifications of short duration associated with showers. The maximum temperatures will be between 24 and 26 degrees, and the minimum between 9 and 12 degrees,” the message states.
At the same time, according to the measurements, yesterday, at 9 o’clock, the snow layer present only in the high mountain area, measured 47 cm at Bâlea-Lac.
