A 47-year-old man from Satmare was sent to court TODAY by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Satu Mare Court, being accused of attempted sexual assault and continued threat. The prosecutors accuse the individual between 2018 and the summer of 2022, he tried repeatedly to sexually assault his biological daughter, who was between 11 and 14 years old, according to PresaSM information.
At the same time, the individual is also accused that during the period January-February 2023, he repeatedly addressed his wife with direct threats, as well as through messages, with acts of violence and with death, causing her a state of fear.
The individual would not have limited himself only to his minor daughter, but would have set his sights on other minors as well. The daughter told prosecutors that her father came over and told her that her mother was no longer good for him, that she was too old and that she needed to have sex with someone. He asked her to take her girlfriends to satisfy his cravings with them, he told her about a girlfriend. He told him that he would not do this. After what happened, her father asked her to keep everything that happened a secret, telling her that he was still her father and that otherwise he would not buy her anything.
The girl’s mother told police that she had a discussion with her husband about what he had done with their daughter, explaining that what he had done was a serious crime. He got angry, took a knife and stuck it in the table, he was nervous, gritted his teeth and told him that if he told anyone or reported him he would cut their throats and he would start with the children.
In the end, the minor’s mother decided to move and escape the nightmare. After they moved, the individual contacted them repeatedly, at first he spoke nicely, called them home, but seeing that they did not agree, he started threatening them with death.
