Six people, aged between 17 and 43, were detained by the police for hitting or other violence, fighting, destruction, disturbing public order and peace.
All six people who fought near a supermarket in the city of Fieni, on Saturday evening, according to the police officers from the Dâmbovița County Police Inspectorate.
Today, the six thugs will be presented to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Pucioasa Court for the ordering of preventive measures.
“On April 29, following the investigations carried out by the police from the Fieni City Police, under the coordination of a prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Pucioasa Court, six people, aged between 17 and 43, were the detention measure was ordered based on the ordinance for 24 hours.
The six suspect that, on the evening of April 27, at around 10.40 p.m., while they were in the vicinity of a supermarket on the outskirts of Fieni, amid a spontaneous conflict, they attacked each other and disturb public order and peace.
Also during the evening, three of the people involved, while they were in the supermarket parking lot, allegedly physically assaulted another 37-year-old man and caused damage to his car.
In the case, the investigations continue under the aspect of committing the crimes of fighting, disturbance of public order and peace, hitting or other violence and destruction”, it is stated in a press release from IPJ Dâmbovița.
