A man from Giurgiu county who hit a person, and this lost his balance and hit his head on the concrete, was arrested. He is being investigated for bodily harm, the victim’s life being endangered.
“On April 29, at 8:50 a.m., the Bolintin Vale Police was notified by calling 112, by a woman from Malu Spart, regarding the fact that her neighbor had been physically assaulted. Based on the notification, the police went to the scene, and, from the first investigations, it emerged that, on April 28, at 10:30 p.m., a 45-year-old man, while he was at the home of a another man, 50 years old, from the locality of Malu Spart, Giurgiu county, against the background of a spontaneous conflict, allegedly physically assaulted the latter, by applying some blows to the face”, IPJ Giurgiu reported on Tuesday
The quoted source stated that, as a result of the blows received, the victim would have fallen and hit his head on the concrete pavement.
“The police have drawn up a criminal file under the aspect of committing the crime of hitting or other violence. As a result of the investigations carried out in the case and considering the fact that the injuries suffered put the life of the assaulted man in danger, it was decided to change the legal classification from hitting or other violence to bodily injury”, the quoted source said.
On Tuesday, the man was detained for 24 hours, and later the court ordered the measure of preventive arrest.
