Gorghiu announces that “an extremely dangerous fugitive” will soon land in Romania and be imprisoned: “He traumatized children, broke destinies and made whole families miserable”

The Minister of Justice, Alina Gorghiu, announced on Tuesday that an extremely dangerous fugitive, sentenced to 10 years in prison for trafficking minors, will soon land in Romania and be imprisoned. “Very often we discuss fugitives with famous names convicted for much less and forget to discuss extremely dangerous criminals who sexually abuse minors, young people and who are convicted of crimes of rape and human trafficking,” said Gorghiu.

• “Today we will have an extremely dangerous criminal on Romanian territory and he will end up in the penitentiary system: Ghinea Marius Liviu, sentenced in Romania to 10 years in prison for an extremely serious crime, trafficking of minors. He is an extremely dangerous criminal, a harmful man who traumatized children, broke destinies and made whole families miserable”, Minister Alina Gorghiu declared on Tuesday at the Government.

Gorghiu: I wouldn’t want to pass such fugitives to “and others”

According to her, the criminal was repatriated from Germany.

• “That’s why I felt the need to talk to you about this fugitive, sentenced to 10 years in prison, because very often we discuss famous fugitives sentenced to much less and forget to discuss extremely dangerous, sexually abusive criminals minors, young people and those convicted of crimes of rape and human trafficking.
• Such fugitives are distinguished by the large punishments they have to serve, and I would not like to pass them on to others”, declared Alina Gorghiu.

The Minister of Justice stated that from the beginning of the year until now, the state has managed to bring almost 300 fugitives into the country.
