--

On the occasion of Europe Day, on May 9, Suceava City Hall is organizing a special event in the city center that will include a show that will end with an impressive fireworks display. “We are the most fortunate to celebrate Europe Day”, Ion Lungu said.

Ion Lungu – mayor of Suceava
“We are for Europe, we are pro-European and it is a message against those who, I pray, are taking us to another target, extremism.
As such we will have a show on May 9, Europe Day, Loredana Groza, Elena Gheorghe, Iuliana Beregoi and Edward Sanda will sing.
Also, in the extraordinary concert will be the orchestra of the Violinists from Chisinau, a sentimental thing here, considering the fact that the European Union, or Moldova wants to join the European Union, I think it is right to invite those from Moldova to sing as well at this event, Europe Day.”

The program starts at 4 p.m. with performances by local performers of light and popular music, followed by the appearance on stage of Nicolae Botgros and the orchestra. Fiddlers from Chisinau, scheduled for 5 p.m. The evening will continue with the artistic recitals of Iuliana Beregoi, from 7 p.m., Eduard Sanda, from 8 p.m., Elena Gheorghe, from 9 p.m. and Loredana Groza, from 10 p.m. The finale evening will be marked by a magnificent pyrotechnic show, scheduled for 11 p.m.
