The circulation of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of more than 7.5 tons, other than those intended exclusively for the transport of people, was restricted on the national road DN7 Pitesti – Râmnicu Vâlcea – Veştem, during certain time intervals, between April 30 and May 6 , the representatives of the Vâlcea County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) informed, reports Agerpres.
Restrictions are imposed on DN 7 Pitesti (intersection DN7 with DN7C) – Râmnicu Vâlcea – Veştem (Intersection DN7 with DN1), in both directions, according to the following schedule:
Tuesday (April 30), between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Wednesday (May 1), between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Thursday (May 2), between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Friday (May 3), between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Saturday (May 4), between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Sunday (May 5), between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.;
Monday (6 May), between 6.00-22.00.
IPJ Vâlcea representatives point out that violating the restrictions is a misdemeanor and is sanctioned with a fine between 1,000 – 2,000 lei, and failure to comply with the provisions of the traffic police is sanctioned with a fine between 660 – 825 lei and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days.
