All the seven candidates who took part in a psychological test during a competition to occupy a position at the Arad Penitentiary were declared unfit. This raised suspicions of fraud on the part of some competitors, who say that only one candidate who had previously passed the test and for which equivalence was made can now obtain the position of legal advisor, informs Agerpres.
“It is an unprecedented situation, to be declared unfit for all the contestants present. I have been experienced girls, legal advisors, heads of legal departments, lawyers, clerks, well-trained girls, employed in prestigious environments, it is extremely difficult for me to believe that none of us fit the profile. Upon a quick analysis of the results table, you almost believe that it was “order from above” that only the mystery person who had already taken the test remained in the game and did not even presented to the test on April 19″, said a contestant.
Contacted by Agerpres, the penitentiary psychologist who tested the candidates, Paul Popa, stated that he followed all the procedures and denied any intervention to favor any person. The representatives of the Arad Penitentiary summed up by saying that “people who were rejected for the psychological test have the opportunity to file appeals”.
