On April 29 this year, criminal investigation officers from the Bacău Municipality Police, together with fighters for special actions, executed a search warrant in the municipality, at the residence of a 45-year-old man, suspected of committing the crime of robbery . The person in question was detained for 24 hours and placed in the IPJ Bacău Prison.
On April 14 this year, the police were alerted to the fact that a 74-year-old local woman, while on her way home, was allegedly robbed by an unknown person, through acts of violence, of a bag in which there were documents, a mobile phone and a sum of money.
Following the investigative-operative activities carried out, the police identified a 45-year-old man, suspected of committing the act.
On April 29 of this year, criminal investigation officers from the Bacău Municipality Police, together with fighters for special actions, implemented a search warrant issued by the Bacău Court, at the residence of the person in question.
Following the administered evidence, the police took the measure of detaining the man for 24 hours and placed him in the IPJ Bacău Detention Center.
Later, he was presented before the court, which ordered preventive arrest for 30 days.
The investigations are continued within a criminal file, under the aspect of committing the crime of robbery.
