Enrollment for the Licensing Exam begins. Over 300 vacancies in Sibiu county

The final list of positions for the 2024 National Licensing Examination was published by the Ministry of Education on Monday evening, April 29. In Sibiu county there are over 300 titular positions.

Tenure is the process of permanent employment in a school. To obtain this status, teachers must achieve a minimum grade of 7 on the written exam and classroom inspection in the job field. To be employed temporarily, candidates must obtain a minimum grade of 5 in both tests.

In Sibiu County, there are 322 vacant titular positions available, which can be filled for at least 4 years and involve teaching 18 hours, forming a full department. Also, starting in 2023, positions with 9, 10, 11, 12 or 15 hours are also available for competition, even if they do not reach the 18-hour standard.

“There are 322 vacant, unfilled positions, i.e. positions that can be tenured for 4 years and for at least 18 hours. It means that the person who occupies them has an indefinite contract. In order to be able to take the job, it is necessary for him to have at least 18 hours with a viability of 4 years. But starting this year, positions with less than 18 hours can be taken, for example 12 hours of chemistry”, explained Constantin Dincă.

The period for submitting files for those interested in participating in the National Tenure Competition is between May 8 and 17, according to the official calendar.
Practical tests and special classroom inspections take place between May 29 and June 28, 2024, as shown in the calendar. During this period, appeals are also resolved.

The written test of the education employment competition, Title 2024, is scheduled for July 17, 2024.

What documents must the file contain?

According to the framework methodology, in addition to the application form, candidates must attach the necessary documents in the specified order. These documents can be either originals or copies, certified for compliance with the original by the director of the school unit where they work in the 2023-2024 school year, or they can be scanned in color, according to the original documents:

1. the competition registration form, assumed by signature (if applicable);
2. copy of the tab in the identity card or identity card with the name, surname and address;
3. copies of birth and marriage certificates (for applicants who have changed their name) or other documents proving the change of name (if applicable);
4. copies of the study documents, transcripts and qualification certificates (the latest for graduates of the pedagogical high school/post-secondary education), certificates/certificates of graduation from the psycho-pedagogical module (if its completion is not evident from the transcript)
5. graduates of the 2024 promotion will present a copy of the certificate from the institution of higher/post-secondary/secondary education, from which it can be seen that they have taken the license/graduation/baccalaureate exam, the graduation average of the faculty/post-secondary school/pedagogical high school, the specialization acquired, the average years of studies and the fact that during the studies the psychopedagogical module was attended and promoted;
6. copies of the certificates for obtaining didactic degrees;
7. copy of the tenure/allocation document for the period of viability of the post in pre-university education (if applicable);
8. copy of the ME agreement, the decision of the school inspectorate or the enterprise to interrupt the activity (if applicable);
9. the certificate showing the actual seniority at the chair (including the period of the chair reservation) (if applicable);
10. copy of the corresponding tab from the general employee record register or copy from the work book if she was employed before 2011 and subsequently no longer had the status of an employee (if applicable);
11. copies of the approvals and attestations necessary to occupy the teaching position/chair, including the approval of the private education unit (if applicable);
12. the medical opinion/certificate, issued by a doctor or occupational medicine office, from which it can be concluded that I am fit to teach in education;
13. declaration on my own responsibility that I do not carry out activities incompatible with the dignity of the teaching position, that I have not been removed from education for disciplinary reasons or by a final court decision of criminal conviction for crimes against life, bodily integrity or health, against the freedom of the person, ill treatment applied to minors, harassment, trafficking of minors, pimping, crimes against sexual freedom and integrity, taking and giving bribes, influence peddling, forgery and use of forgery, qualified theft;
14. certificate issued by the educational unit where I am employed regarding the disciplinary sanctions from the last 2 completed school years and during the current school year;
15. criminal record, which shows that I have no criminal record for crimes against life, bodily integrity or health, against personal freedom, ill treatment of minors, harassment, trafficking of minors, pimping, crimes against sexual freedom and integrity, taking and giving bribery, influence peddling, forgery and use of forgery, qualified theft;
16. the certificate/certificate of behavioral integrity, in the original (In exceptional cases, if a candidate/teacher does not present the certificate of behavioral integrity in the file during the registration/validation period, it must be submitted to the educational unit, on the date of presentation for the conclusion of the new individual employment contract);
17. only for incumbents/employees during the period of viability of the position/employed in nurseries certificate issued by the educational unit from which the situation of the position results (structure by hours and disciplines of the department, viability of the position/department, level of education and environmental regime) and copies of posting decisions from 01.09.2014 – 31.08.2024 (if applicable);
18. Statement regarding the teaching post/chair occupied in the previous stages of the mobility of the teaching staff;
19. Candidates who have submitted registration files for the national competition in the last 3 years submit/send for registration to the national competition, session 2024, at the registration center, the standard application accompanied by the documents required by the school inspectorate to which registration is requested.
