Bike racks, installed on public transport that serve 9 lines in the city

--

Bicycle racks will be installed on several buses, announces the Public Transport Company (CTP) Cluj-Napoca.

“The free service offered to our travelers, who want to embark on an urban adventure by bicycle, will be available from tomorrow, May 1”, says CTP Cluj-Napoca.

According to the Company, the bicycle racks will be attached to the means of public transport, which serve the routes of lines 35, 43, 43B, 43P, 46, 46B, 46L, 40, 21.

“This allows you to take your bike with you and use the buses as an alternative, safe and comfortable means, for roads on the ramp (Calea Turzii, str. Bună Ziua, str. Frunzișului), to the leisure areas (the Făget forest, the park sports Mănăștur) and for easier connectivity between the neighborhoods of the municipality: Mănăștur, Zorilor, Grigorescu, Mărăști and Gheorgheni”, says CTP.

Vehicles equipped with bike racks will be designated with a symbol in the timetables of the lines valid on the website www.ctpcj.ro, in the Tranzy application and also on the boards in the stations, to make your journey more predictable.

“The drivers have been trained and have the obligation to assist you in placing and securing the bicycles on the racks”, CTP Cluj-Napoca also informed.
