The tenants of Pomilor street no. 32 (Unirii district) are dissatisfied with the fact that the draft decision regarding the transfer to the property of the town hall of the land related to the mentioned street has been postponed. They expressed their displeasure publicly, posting a series of messages on Facebook. In the meeting of the Târgu Mureș Local Council in March, the draft decision was on the agenda regarding the approval of the takeover and registration in the private domain of the Târgu Mureș Municipality of the 6821 square meter land in Târgu Mureș, str. Pomilor f.nr. registered in CF 142892 Târgu Mureș and the transition from the private domain to the public domain of the municipality of Târgu Mureș, but this was postponed at the request of a local PNL councilor.
The meeting documents stated that:
Through address no. 25423/3167/01/04/2022, the owners of SC Arcoflor Construct SRL, SC Soccer Construct SRL and Daflor Project SRL have expressed their intention to renounce their ownership of the land located in Târgu Mureş, urban land with an area of 6821 sq m , contained in CF no. 142892 Târgu Mures, no. I’m falling. 142892, according to the authentic declaration no. 443 of 31/03/2022, as well as PUD/PUZ approved and mentioned in the urban planning certificate.
“The taking over of the road in the area of 6821 square meters registered in CF 142892 Târgu Mureș being necessary taking into account the fact that the approval of the takeover of the water and sewerage network with the facilities related to the investment, extension of water networks and domestic sewage with a pumping station and 16 water branches and sewerage connections related to the housing complex Unirii Park Residence, its inclusion in the public domain of the Municipality of Târgu Mureș and its handover to SC Aquaserv SA was approved by HCL no. 321/2023”, it is also stated in the approval report of the council decision .
This topic gave birth to a debate in the editorial team, namely: how is it fair and normal for real estate developers to put their money to the benefit of customers and hand over paved roads, sewerage, functional utility networks, or is it the job of the mayor’s office to take over a residential complex and provide these public utilities from taxpayers’ money?
