The executive director of the Mureș County Employment Agency (AJOFM), Gheorghe Ștef, participated on Monday, April 29, in the show “Zi tot, cu Alex Toth!”, produced by Alex Toth, the editor-in-chief of the daily Zi de Day.

Present in the Zi de Zi Live studio set up in the proximity of the daily newspaper Zi de Zi, Gheorghe Ștef announced that the institution whose activity he coordinates will organize, on May 17, a general job exchange at the level of Mureș county.
Hundreds of jobs available
The event will take place simultaneously in six locations in Mureș county, and aims to increase the level of employment, by correlating the demand with the job offer, offering the possibility of direct interaction between the employer and the applicant.
“This Scholarship will be held starting at 9:00 a.m. in Târgu Mureș, at the Multipurpose Hall. We will organize in Târnăveni, Luduș, Sighisoara, Reghin and Sovata. So in all the big cities of Mureș county we will organize at the work points. In this way, and having a very good relationship with the economic agents, they want to announce the available jobs, with the specification that they transmit the jobs for the Exchange. At this event, the interaction between the economic agent and the person who wants a job is always very important, so it is a direct action between them. For example, last year we had the General Job Exchange in May and the Graduate Exchange in October. At each event we had around 70 economic agents who participated, they offered us around 6-700 job vacancies. At each event, approximately 800 people participated, around 250 people were selected at each event for employment, and after the two events, approximately 130 people found a job”, stated Gheorghe Ștef .
Call for economic agents
Participation in the General Job Exchange is free, and economic agents who have vacant jobs can announce their intention to participate by submitting a list of vacant jobs at the AJOFM Mureș headquarters or at work points, or by e-mail to the address [email protected], specifying the town where you want to participate in the Exchange.
“I ask all economic agents who have vacant jobs to notify us, people who do not refer only to the unemployed, all people who want a job, who do not have a job or people who have a job and want to reorient themselves to find another job, they are invited and we look forward to seeing them on May 17”, Gheorghe Ștef also mentioned.
