Here is the schedule for the collection of recyclable waste in May for the municipality of Bistrița and its component localities.

The collection schedule announced by ADI Deşeuri Bistrita-Năsăud is as follows:

May 8 – the blue bag for paper/cardboard recyclable waste;

May 15 – the green bag for recyclable glass waste;

May 22 – the yellow bin for recyclable plastic / metal waste;

May 29 – for the Unirea neighborhood – the yellow bin for recyclable plastic / metal waste;

“In May 2024, you also respect the recyclable waste collection schedule from the municipality of Bistrița and its component localities! Waste, if managed correctly, can become important economic resources and can generate income for the local budgets of the town halls in the county. In the last 3 years, ADI Deșeuri Bistrita-Năsăud has transferred 6,218,000 lei to the town halls of the county – money obtained from the recovery of recyclable waste!

The schedule for the collection of residual waste – i.e. the black bin – in the municipality of Bistrita and its component localities remains unchanged, except for the areas where the collection of this waste was carried out on Wednesday. For these areas, black bin collection day is Saturday.
