The fifth leg of the 2023/24 Ligue 3 play-offs and play-outs is played on Friday and Saturday 26 and 27 April 2024. With the exception of one match, all 46 matches this time they take place from 17:00. Viitorul Șimian – CSM Deva, from the play-off of the 7th Series, takes place on Friday, from 14:00, and the match Minerul Ocna Dej – Lotus Băile Felix, from the play-out of the 10th Series , will not be contested.

17 games take place on Friday, of which six are play-offs and 11 are play-outs, and 30 are played on Saturday, of which 14 are play-offs and 16 are play-outs.

  • In the play-offs and play-outs, the teams entered with the points accumulated in the regular season. In the tournament that determines the teams that go to the promotion playoffs, round-robin, round-robin matches are played, so nine stages in total, and in the play-out there will be round-robin games, so ten stages.

Minerul Ocna Dej, the third team to abandon the competition this season of League 3

This week, after losing the away game last weekend and falling to last place in the Serie 10 play-out, Miner Ocna Dej threw in the towel and announced their retirement from the championship. For this reason, his match in this round against Lotus Băile Felix does not take place. It is the third abandonment of the season in League 3, after Viitorul Darabani and Foresta Suceava, both part of Series 1.

Also this week there were some changes on the benches of some of the teams in League 3. Bruno Vienescu left CSU Alba Iulia, Cosmin Iuhas was sacrificed by CSM Olimpia Satu Mare and replaced by Zoltan Ritli, and Știința Miroslava dismissed him on Tibor Selymes.

Metalul Buzău has the most accumulated points, FC Bihor Oradea is undefeated this season

The leaders of the ten play-off groups in League 3, following the results obtained in the 22 stages throughout the season, are: Bucovina Rădăuți (Series 1, 38 points), Metalul Buzău (S2, 59), CS Afumați (S3, 55 ), CS Dinamo Bucharest (S4, 47), AFC Câmpulung Muscel (S5, 54), SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea (S6, 45), CSC Ghiroda and Giarmata Vii (S7, 45), FC Bihor Oradea (S8, 56), Gloria Bistrita Năsăud (S9, 47) and SCM Zalău (S10, 48).

They are the leaders who were also before the last round.

FC Bihor Oradea is still the only unbeaten team this season, in 22 matches accumulating 17 wins and five draws in Series 8. The team with the most points accumulated this season in League 3 is, however, still another. Metalul Buzău, the leader in Serie 2, has collected 59 points so far, from 19 wins, two draws and this one also has a failure.
