The boy’s parents claim that there is an intention to adopt, but the relatives contradict them and say that the two husbands sold him to the German citizen, since January, through a neighbor from their village.

The little one would have left the country in the car with a fake power of attorney, together with the German who would have paid for him, and at the border he would have bribed the customs officers, claim the boy’s relatives.

“They sold the child to two people. He said that he gave 150 euros so as not to confuse him for the child’s passing,” said the child’s relatives.

The father denies the allegations but says he doesn’t want his child back either.

Child father: I had a notary make him a passport and took him to Germany.

Reporter: How much money did they give you?

Child father: He didn’t give us any money.

The case came to light only after the German tried to enroll him in an educational institution. The authorities in Germany found that the little one’s documents were fake. The Romanian state was notified immediately, but even now they are trying to bring the boy to the country.

The other two children of the family, aged 2 and 8, were immediately taken into the care of the state, while the parents were questioned.
