Colina Park: A Sustainable Residential Complex, Integrated in Nature

Passion for the environment, space and aesthetics were at the center of our attention in creating this complex of NZEB houses, designed with great attention to detail.

Oriented towards nature, Colina Park stands out with 50% of its area dedicated to green spaces, including landscaped parking spaces, developed private areas such as the garden, pergolas and a future specially designed play area for children.

We are currently in Phase II of construction, adding 22 more homes to the complex. The 4 types of new houses are designed for a good relationship with the outside space and free time, being arranged with a terrace covered by a pergola along the entire length of the house.

In the future, our project will be completed with more than 200 homes, along with commercial spaces, children’s playgrounds and a common space.

We believe that green space, autonomy and freedom of movement are necessary for a harmonious and peaceful life, so we wanted to invest in this.

An essential aspect of the project is sustainability. The houses are equipped with heat pump heating systems and underfloor heating, and we encourage the community to purchase solar panels, having a promotional package that includes their installation. Also, the houses are provided with cables prepared for mounting the charging stations.

The Colina Park complex is designed to offer a perfect balance between generous space and privacy. Bright and sunny interiors benefit from efficient partitioning. Every home is

designed to maximize comfort and functionality while ensuring optimal use of resources.
