The company developing the Top City project in the new Tractorul residential area in Braşov has obtained the building permit for two new blocks, part of a new stage of the project started approximately 10 years ago on a 45,000 sq m plot of land near Ştefan Baciu Street.
According to the documentation posted on the website of the Braşov City Hall, the blocks will have a height regime of basement, ground floor and 10 floors, a built area of 606.92 sqm and a developed area of 7,197.81 sqm, and the percentage of land occupation in the case of each of the buildings it will be 3.92%. The developer would arrange the access roads to the new buildings within the complex, as well as the related green spaces.
At the same time, in order to solve the problem of parking spaces, the developer built a multi-storey car park for tenants in the past years (with a floor area of 2,510 sq m, and a total area of 10,040 sq m), going to provide road access and from the new buildings towards this building.
