PSD Olt leader, Marius Oprescu, about the liberals: “Apart from sprinkling with dirt and garbage, they failed to produce anything”

The Olt PSD leader, Marius Oprescu, said on Thursday, April 25, that the political opponents did not come up with any viable project for the people of Olt. He stated that during the election campaign he will talk to people about the projects that have been carried out and are to be implemented in their communities.

Referring directly to the PNL Olt representatives, Oprescu emphasized that they only defamed and did not produce any project for the community.

“We show, first of all, what we have done well so far and what projects we will do in the future. As we have accustomed you, know that we do not venture into promising things that cannot be done. From my opponents I expect nothing, but the line they have given so far, apart from spewing filth and garbage, they have failed to produce anything. I don’t talk about what they want to do for Olt county and even less for Slatina, apart from trying to criticize in an incorrect and senseless way, I could even say, our projects, they didn’t show anything else”, he said PSD president Olt.

At the same time, Marius Oprescu was asked if the political model adopted in Olt, to break relations with the PNL, radically, will be taken over at the central level, he said that the PSD-PNL Alliance will last until at least the first round of elections.

“I don’t know what will happen at the center, until now I haven’t had any meeting, neither of the Permanent Bureau, nor of the National Political Bureau, so I couldn’t tell you what direction the Social Democratic Party has in the present moment. But, by the way, at the center level, until now, as we know, we have an electorally registered alliance for which we have also submitted a list of MEPs together. At least until June 10, nothing will happen for sure. As you know, according to the current parliamentary algorithm, there is no other solution for Romania’s governance. I think that the solution, until the parliamentary elections when we will have a new political configuration, in the government will be none other than PSD-PNL”, concluded Oprescu.
