A disturbing incident took place in Afumati. A 17-year-old teenager was seized in the parking lot of a supermarket and then taken by taxi to a neighboring village, where he was brutally beaten by those who attacked him. Everything would have started from a previous altercation with one of the aggressors. Surveillance camera footage helped police find and arrest three of the teen’s attackers.

In the images captured by the surveillance cameras, you can see how a man is forcibly taken out of a taxi and brought into the middle of the crowd on a street in a town in Ilfov county and is hit by several people who were on the street in that moment, and others do not intervene and just watch the scene.
The police went to the scene and determined that it was three men aged 18, 27 and 48, but also other people who allegedly assaulted two other young men aged 17 and 26 and have repeatedly punched and kicked. White weapons were not missing in the scandal either.
The conflict would have started earlier, in the parking lot of a supermarket in the commune of Ștefănestii de Jos, where the 17-year-old man would have hit one of the aggressors in the face with a bottle following a verbal conflict they had.
The three aggressors were detained and questioned by the police, and then they were remanded in custody for 30 days in a criminal case opened for deprivation of liberty, but also for beating and other violence.
